DTM, Orthophoto and Mosacing:

For a proposed pipeline corridor (260 km) from the refinery to the seaport in Germany, digital aerial photographs were provided as input. DTM as mass points and break lines (slopes) was generated keeping in mind the final product being orthophotos. The scale of the photos being 1:4000, a 10m grid of mass points was collected. Orthophotos were created with 0.1 metre resolution. These orthophotos were merged into tiles (approx 3 photos was 1 tile) to generate a uniform and seamless mosaiced photo. DVP, Microstation, Orthomapper and Orthovista were utilized.
